Ekram Communication Lead I am originally of Somali origin but came from Kenya to the UK in 2017. Ever since coming here, I have been fortunate enough to be able to work with organisations that encourage young people to have a platform where their voices can be heard. My ultimate goal in life is to make sure that everyone feels like they're apart of a worldwide community and that no matter the distance, they have someone to talk to, which is why I think WADUP is an essential part of Digital Medial and Podcasting. its an opportunity to share our stories first-hand rather than it being told for us.
